Shipping Policy

How do I track my order?

All orders come with tracking, and you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way.

Please note that if your products are shipping from another country, your order may be handled by multiple couriers. As a result, the initial tracking number provided may change during the delivery process.

While you should receive notifications about any tracking number changes, we recommend keeping an eye out for any additional tracking numbers associated with your order to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location and where your order is being fulfilled, but can be estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days 
  • Japan: 4–8 business days 
  • International: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

I want to make a purchase, but you don't ship to my country. Is there anything else I can do?

Although we only ship to a certain amount of countries at the moment, we are looking to expand our delivery to a wider market.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
This is because our business model operates on a made-to-order basis, ensuring that each product is specifically crafted for our customers upon ordering.

If you have concerns about sizing, please refer to our sizing charts provided in the product description section.

If you believe you've received a mislabeled item, please notify us within a week of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I received a wrong or damaged product?

We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged product.

What are CO2 emissions?

CO2 dioxide is the most common greenhouse gas that comes from burning fossil fuels, manufacturing, agriculture, and other economic activities, contributing to global warming.

There are other gases responsible for climate change, however, for the ease of calculations, they’re all quantified in one single metric called CO2 emissions.

What's CO2 offsetting?

CO2 offsetting is a practice of funding external projects that reduce or absorb CO2 emissions equal to one’s personal or business CO2 footprint.
Offsetting projects include activities such as reforestation, renewable energy production, community projects, etc.

What’s the average footprint of a product?

In average a product emits 16.89 lbs (7.66 kg) of CO2.
The number might change from year to year as we base it on previous year’s data.
